Entourage won't open

Need help! - MS office 2004 for Mac - entourage won't open - it just hangs
with the revolving disk icon - seemingly looking for a sstartup file - I get
the top bar of entourage window and nothing else? Ideas pls - I tried to
reinstall entourage but on ly got "already installed" dialogue box back as I
proceeded

I have no experience with Entourage in particular, but have you tried
repairing disk permissions and/or trashing any Entourage preferences
file(s)?
