Entourage won't receive email

Hi hope someone here can help.
Suddenly my entourgate account quits as it tries to receive email. It
quits at the same place about 4 emails into the list. I never get any
of the emails downloaded and now they are piling up. Any ideas what to
do to get Entourage to not quit as it tries to download my email.

What version of Entourage? I'm betting it's X. If it is, before doing the
send/receive, turn off the junk email filter. It should come in then.

Chris - this worked for me. Do you know what is going on? The junk mail
filter has worked perfectly well for 6 months withouth problems before
today!
