Entourage won't synchronize with Exchange

My entourage intermittently refuses to synchronize with the Exchange account
I have at work.

When it is doing this it the 'Send & Receive' button is greyed out, as is
the 'Synchronize now' option when I right click on the account.

Any ideas?

It means the account is not configured properly.
It's easy to overlook one of the settings... :-\

It's 15" G4 Powerbook running Mac OS 10.4.9 and Entourage 2004 for Mac
version 11.3.3.
