Entourage X 10.1.4 can't book Exchange resources -- any solutions?

In Outlook 2000 and 2002, a meeting request allows me to "invite others",
where I can add someone as a "resource." If the associated Exchange account
is configured to auto-reply to resource requests, its calendar is
automatically updated. Has anyone figured out a way to do this using
Entourage X 10.1.4? I can invite a resource to a meeting, but that
resource's calendar does not get updated.

Unfortunately, this functionality is not available in Entourage (or in Mac
Outlook 2001 or in OWA). The only real workaround is to have someone manage
the resources calendar, which may not be practicable.
