Entourage X and synch with Exchange SBS 2003

I have Entourage X version 10.1.6. I've read the SBS_Mac_Beta.doc from
Netopia, and I now (after a year of trying) have Entourage happily
synchronizing folders from my company's Small Business Server.

The problem is that the company has two public folders, one for contacts and
one for the calendar. I'd like the entries to appear in Entourage's pretty
calendar and contact manager. Right now, I can see the folders, the entries
within the folders, and I can double click to get additional information.
How can I view this in Entourage's calendar?

Yeah, I know :-\ It's a limitation..... Suport for public folders is
still rather basic :-(
