Hello All,
One of our MAC users have been having problems opening
emails in Entourage X, which is using POP3 to access an
Exchange 5.5. Server.
We tried to cure the via the repair options (both
standard & advanced). However, the advanced failed and we
couldn't open any emails. We therefore, had a look at the
POP details and ended up deleting teh POP settings and re-
entering them. We have now found that all this persons
emails are gone. Is there any way these can be recovered
or have they gone permanently?
If you could let me know of any ideas as soon as possible
as this is urgent i would be eternally grateful.
