Entourage X - deleting individual message

Hi,

One of my clients has an individual message that refuses to be deleted
(can't drag to trash or click on the "delete" button).

Rebuilding the database does not fix the issue.

Any idea as to how to get rid of it?

It means your database is hosed. If rebuild did not fix, then it's time to
salvage what you can and create a new Identity before Entourage refuses to
open.

Try closing the Preview Pane (View > Preview Pane) before selecting the
message to delete it.

Also, make sure the copy of Entourage is up-to-date. Download and install
the latest Office X update, which is 10.1.9. It's available from Microsoft.
