Entourage X error message "4362"

My Entourage X recently began giving me an error message "4362" What
does this mean? Also for one user identity only, on the inbox window
only, part of the inbox is obscured by the gray striped backround.
This makes hard to see my messages. I messed around with deleting
messages, changing views and preview panes without success.
If the correct step to fix this giltch is to reinstall, how I save my
existing contact and calendar enteries and import them after
reinstallation? Thanks, Steve

It sounds like you might need to rebuild the database. First, go to
Entourage -> Turn Off Office Notifications. Now, quit Entourage, and then
restart Entourage holding down the Option key. When the Rebuild dialog box
comes up, choose to do a Typical Rebuild.
