Entourage X + Exchange Server + SalesForce.com

I am a new Apple user, and I am suffering.

Firstly, it seems that Entourage X only exchanges emails with our
Exchange Server. What can be done about synching calander and
contacts. Any help out there?

Also, we use SalesForce.com, and it does not allow me to send emails
from it. A black hole appears in the text field and doesn't allow any
data entry.

I didn't expect my switch to Apple to cause so many synch problems.
Everyone seems to just support Microsoft.

Any help will be gratefully recieved.

You need to setup the free/busy server properly. It synchs through the
OWA server so you need to enter something like this:
my.webmailserver.com/public
Also, we use SalesForce.com, and it does not allow me to send emails

I'm not sure I understand. Entaourge sends mail through smtp. Do you
have SMTP enambled on your mail server ??
