Entourage X for Mac- How do I back up the Address Book? HELP

I am not computer illiterate, but I cannot find any easy-to-understand, step-by-step directions for backing up my Entourage address book to my USB storage.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You can click on File>Export and choose to export your address book as a
text file. Alternatively, you can select the contacts you want to export
and drag them to a folder on the desktop to obtain individual .vcf files
which can be read by many different applications.
