I am setting up Entourage on a new iBook and want to transfer all of
my old folder, etc. from my old PowerBook. I have tried setting up a
new Entourage Main Identity and have moved my old Identity into the
Microsoft User Data folder on the new machine. The old identity is
not named MAIN. When I launch Entourage and choose Switch Identity, I
get the message "This identity cannot be opened with this version of
Entourage." My old identity was running in Entourage with the 10.1.5
Office X update. The only other thing that is different is that I
used it to connect to an Exchange server so I have an account in my
old identity that accesses that server when I am in the office. Any
ideas on how I can get all my past files? Thanks in advance.
