My entourage x mailbox is full (4G), it tell me to "rebuild" the mailbox,
compact it, but it always tell me that mailbox is full even I compacted
(rebuilded), does anyone know how to solve it, the data is very inportant to
me, is any tool like outlook repair tool to cut the mailbox reduce the size?
In Entourage X there are two kinds of rebuilds: "Typical Rebuild" and
"Advanced Rebuild."
Try "Advanced Rebuild." This will get rid of the wasted space.
Be sure to duplicate your Identity before rebuilding for backup. Sometimes
during a rebuild things go wrong and you could loose your data. The backup
copy Entourage makes could be corrupted.
Entourage X is End of Life software. There are some really nice deals now. I
suggest you upgrade.
