Entourage X preferences Time Zone Help

I followed these directions, but the TimeZone file that I downloaded
does not include an Eastern Time Zone??

In Entourage X's General Preferences I only have 3 TimeZone choices?
Is this correct, what am I doing wrong?

Does putting the original file back corrects the issue?
