Entourage X Stops receiving POP Mails

I manage about 20 networked Mac's at my business. Intermittently on al
the machines running 10.3.x and Entourage X, Entourage will not receiv
POP emails. Although Mail cannot be received the Internet remain
accessable and mail can be sent. This happens on both older iMac
G3's and newer PowerMac G4's and on different email accounts and not a
the same time. To resume receving, most of the time I close and restar
Entourage. Other times I have to reboot the Mac.

Try manually running the 'send & receive all' schedule. If this kicks off
the process again, you need to check that your copies of entourage are up to
date - earlier versions of entourage vX suffered from a problem that
recurring schedules would sometimes stop working, but I believe that this
was fixed in an update.
