1) My client has been using the pop setting on her entourage with "leave a
copy of each message on the server" and so the "online status" has been
checked next to all her emails. But when she upgraded from X to 2004, the
program didn't recognize the "Online Status" and therefore started
downloading all her mail again creating thousands of duplicates... Would
anyone know anything about this?
2) After spending 3 days deleting all the duplicates, a month later, the
program for some reason (its been upgraded to the latest) just started
downloading all the messages again...
Does anyone have a solution?
