Entourage X to Entourage 2004 doesn't work!

Hi. I bought Office 2004 S&T Edition. When trying to import my
database from Entourage X to the new E.2004, the 'old' identity
database looks greyed and i CANNOT import ANY of my
emails/folders/address book!!! how can i work it out?

Please i do need an immediate response, i need to work!

My equipment:
TiBook 400
MacOS X 10.3.4
384MB RAM
10GB HD

I remember having the same troubles. After selecting Import from the File
Menu, I selected intuitively Import Entourage Archive, which was wrong. It
worked after I selected Import from another program and then selected
Entourage X in the list of the next window.

Just in case you didn't try this already.

Thanks PeeWee for your kind reply.
Unfortunately, that didn't work neither.
I think that my problem is that i had Entourage X -the FULL retail
version-, and i've installed the Student&Teacher Edition. I think that
that has to be the problem here...

If anyone else knows how to help me, i shall be very thankful!

I am having the same problem and in my case I am trying to import form
an upgrade verion of EX to E2004 (Both full commercial version)

Any solution out there?
