Where are the data files kept so that I can back them up?

You can export data from Entourage as an archive this will save everything
into one file that can be imported into Entourage as well if you just copy
the user data you might not be able to load it in later without overwriting
newer emails etc

He can't do anything of the sort in Entourage X - that's new in 2004.
