Is there a way to print the e-mail addresses saved when one sends mail?

I don't think any email addresses are saved when you send mail. Saved where?

What is it you actually want to do?

I use Entourage in MS Office 2004 for the Mac. When I go to send a
new message and type a single letter in the 'to' box, all of the
addresses to which I have previously sent message appear in a list
below the box. I want to know if it is possible to print these lists.

That "Most Recently Used" list is formed from messages you receive, not
send. It's supposed to be a "weighted" list of the 200 most
often-and-recently-received correspondents not in your Address Book (in
addition to (Address Book contacts), although it sometimes is a bit peculiar
how it will have older names in there. No, there is no access to it and you
can't print it. Your best bet is to methodically click "Add to Address Book"
(or press cmd-=) every time you get a message from someone you want to keep
track of. Pretty soon they'll all be in your Address Book (and will continue
to appear in the To address list), where you can select them and print them
out as you like.

Information

Actually Paul, Daiya (maybe someone else- apologies if I got the name wrong)
answered this before more completely and the answer featured a way to turn
this feature on or off (as a pref.) in Entourage 2004 that I found useful.

Look in Entourage>Preferences>Compose>Mail&News for a checkbox called 'List
of Recent Addresses'. This little puppy allows or doesn't a separate list of
of recent sent addresses that _aren't_ in your address book, but that you
received or sent email or news articles. This sounds like what Eric has set
(default is checked). Your answer on how to add to the address book is
correct, though. The benefit, I suppose is that you can quickly reply to
someone without putting them in your list. But that isn't much in my
opinion.Better to add the addresses you want and ditch the rest.

The only real choices are to not see the list (uncheck the box), clear the
list and start over, or not see it at all. Checked the list builds up over
time. You can clear the list (and start accumulating more depending on the
Recent List check box) with the clear button below the check box. You can
see, not edit or print the list when you begin to add an address in the
popup of To / CC/ BCC address box. I just turned mine off, which is how I
found out about all this.

WTMI in Entourage? You make the call.

Good Luck,

Henry

Actually, Henry, Daiya's (yes, you got the name right) answer was to a
completely different question: namely, how to _get rid_ of the MRU list.
eric's question was asking how to print this list. My answer was as complete
as it gets - including the fact that you can't even view the list anywhere,
let alone print it. I don't see how repeating Daiya's very good instructions
(taken from the MVP Entourage website, where they were supplied earlier by
others, including me) on how to remove the list are going to make eric any
happier: they are more likely confuse or frustrate him by answering a
question he didn't ask. That's why I didn't add that information, nor a lot
else about Entourage that I also happen to know. On the other hand, there
are probably other people browsing this newsgroup who quite possibly were
happy to learn about this from you. It is indeed a very frequently asked
question - just not the one eric asked.
