I cannot receive an attachment in entourage on my mac that come from
excel on a PC. Can anyone help me figure out what I need to do to fix

What version of MacOS
What version of Entourage
What type of account (POP, IMAP, Hotmail, Exchange)
What hapens exactly (error message...)
What type of attachment

This should not be a problem, I do it all the time. Check Tools | Accounts,
open up the account, go to Options, and make sure you don't have "partially
receive messages over X kb" checked. In that case, the attachment will not
download completely.

If that isn't it, you will need to give more information about version of
Entourage, OS version, what you see, what you do, what happens, and what you
expect to happen.
