Somehow lost all email in received since launch folder, possibly after
an update. Fortunately I have them on my comcast server. Other
folders not affected. Has this happened to anyone else out there??

The "Received Since Launch" item that appears in the Folder List is in fact
not a folder, but a Custom View (hence it appears under "Mail Views" or
"Custom Views". It is reset to be empty each time you quit and re-launch
Entourage. Messages you see in there are really stored across other folders
(go to View > Columns > Folder to see for yourself). Try searching for the
missing messages using Advanced Find or Spotlight.
