Entourages closes when you "Send/Receive All"

Any one with suggestions on this?

I have already rebuilt the database (typical rebuild, not advanced)...it
still doesn¹t work. Whenever I click ³send/receive all² it appears as if
there is some mail coming in, and right before the mail is completely
downloaded, the program quits.

Any help would be appreciated.

New to Mac (6 months) and loving things, but I have hit my firsat
technical issue which seems to be like this person in that when I open
ip Entourge, it says it is logging in and then the program just
freezes. I have restarted the computer over 5 times and still nothing
but freezes. I am not even sure where to start on this one...anyone
got an idea of what is going wring or what I can do to get out of this
problem?

First, download and install the latest Office X update, which is 10.1.6.
It's available from Microsoft.

If that doesn't resolve the problem (though it certainly might), try opening
your mail account using a web interface. Delete any junk mail messages you
see, and then try receiving mail with Entourage again. Sometimes Entourage
will crash if it tries to download a corrupted message.
