Has anyone had any problems with getting the registration key to use the
full version of EntourAid?

I have paid propellerheads for it and have not heard anything for 72hours ­
I¹ve emailed them ­ but no reply!

There are other options to recover your data. I¹ve been able to recover
databases that EntourAid could not. What have you tried?

I have only tried the rebuild etc options within entourage and entouraid ­
why what else is out there to try?

1) Can you open your Identity? What size is your database?

2) What size is your hard drive and how much free space? Rebuilding
Entourage takes a lot of free space. This article is specific to Entourage
X, but it applies to any rebuild.

Rebuilding a damaged database that exceeded size limit

3) Once you get your Identity open, you might need to recover the data and
import it into a new Identity. Some rebuilt database are still too fragile
to use.
