EntryID for mail item in outlook

Hi all,

Can I use the EntryID as an unique identifier for finding or indexing mail
item in outlook ? If not, what else can I use as an unique identifier for
the mail Items ?

store. For indexing I´d use my own ID, stored in an user defined field.

Does the "store" mean the email storage within the outlook application in
one pc, so another
store mean the outlook application in another pc ? Or two different stores
can exist in
the same outlook application ?
