Enturage 2008 Brain Freeze

I am having a brain freeze.....not Entourage 12.0.

I recall having my address file show up as folder in the folder list
on the left. Can someone help on how to get it back?

The only way I can get to the address book is to click the second
icon in the menu bar. Is there another way?

In that case, you might want to consider choosing a more appropriate subject
line next time; 'Entourage 2008 Brain Freeze' doesn't give us so much as a
hint as to what your problem might be. Remember: you'll get answers much
more quickly if your subject line is as descriptive as possible.

Uncheck View > Show Mail Folders Only.

Hit Cmd (Apple key) + 2.
