Recently, I've had a problem with the envelope icon
remaining in my system tray after e-mail is opened in
Outlook 2000 on XP. If I click on the icon I receive
an "Operation failed" error message. I can still view my
mail but subsequent start to receive double e-mails. Any
ideas as to what may be happening? I have Norton
Antivirus 2004 running in the background, but this
problem seems more recent.
