Equally combining two unequal groups

I have 7 games and 10 players, each player will need to bring a snack or
drink to a game, how can I do this equally as possible?

A division of responsibilities with groups/games in this ratio will lead to
decimals. Put in a few dollars(Pounds) each and send someone to the market to
buy the snacks and distribute any money left over evenly
