Erratic Sizing Functions UPDATE!

Regarding problems trying to determine Sheet boundaries:

Aha! At least a part of the problem seems to be that if
the row height is changed from the default, the "Used"
area of the sheet will now INCLUDE the resized rows EVEN
IF THEY REPORT 'EMPTY' FOR ALL CELLS IN THE ROW!!!

Merely setting them to the default size doesn't change
anything. How can they be forced back to the 'Default'
condition so that they drop out of the "Used Range"???

best way:
delete all rows after the last used row, save the workbook and try
again. See instructions on:
