Erroneous product Key

Our schools have purchased various licenses for MS Office
Pro and used the passnet to obtain a product key. The only
problem is ...the product key does not work. We have
checked to make sure that we copied it correctly since
you cannot print out the page nor copy and paste the Key
to a new page and it is correct. We have this problem with
more than one product key. We have never had this problem
when the product key was emailed to us. Can anyone suggest
a solution?
