Error (0x80004005) operation failed

Anyone seen this when using Outlook XP with "WORD AS
EMAIL EDITOR" connecting to Exchange 5.5 server? The
email came in...in HTML format, from another internal
users...the message said something like OUTLOOK CAN'T
DISPLAY SOME SCRIPTS in the email - when replying it give
the (0x80004005) operation failed after you hit send and
the SEND/RECEIVE box pops up.

Any ideas? I removed "word as email editor" and it
worked fine. Of course the user insists to use "word as
email editor" because of the extra features but it has
always been a little flaky.

Let me know.

Is the user using the Full Office XP or are they
using Office 2000 with Outlook XP?

What O/S is the user on? What Permissions?

Things to look for:
- Permissions of the user to the "Temp" file location
(I have seen locked down systems that do not
allow the user sufficient access to the temp file
location)
- IE settings (Outlook uses IE to display html)
- Security/Macro settings in Word

XP Pro with Local Admin rights assigned to the domain
account using Office XP pro full version

Default settings for both IE and Word - nothing tightened
or loosened there.

Like I said, if I remove "word as email editor" things
work fine with the message. This is actually the first
time this problem has came up after all this time
using "word as email editor" - has received many other
emails in HTML format.

Hmm...
