error 0x8004010f

I'm also getting this error "an object could not be found" when trying to send/receive emails. The server is small business 2003 and and the clients are running Outlook 2003.

Theres no mention of any probs in event viewer and I've checked all the services are running, does anyone have any ideas?

I also get this error and earthlink doesn't have a clue in Manila or India.
THe MS people say it is earthlink problem and after the checking of all
systems they proclaim it is a MS problem. What a bunch of C**P!!
