Error 0x8004210A

I get the timeout message 0x8004210A when pressing
send/receive. Any solutions please? My counter wanders up
to 75% and stays there, not downloading any further
messages. I have disabled Norton Antivirus in and out.

Norton 2002 you mean? Then you'll need to disable the e-mailscan option in
NAV itself disabling it on the tray doesn't work.
