I"m getting this error along with 0x800421B when trying to send an e-mail
with Outlook XP and an excel spreadsheet that is 1.5 mb. I've confiimed I
can send this size e-mail thru my ISP's mail servers. I'm also going thru a
BEFSR41 Linksys DSL router. I've updated Outlook XP to SP-2 and changed the
MTU in the router to 1492, yet still get this message. I've tried sending
the message to different recipients to no avail which leads me to believe
the problem is with my ISP's mail server configuration. Here's the strange
part - even though I get this error, the e-mail does indeed get sent along
with the attachment. I also configured Outlook Express and tried to send
the e-mail and got a similar error.
Can anybody give me any other ideas or areas I can look to get this problem
resolved. Thank you.
