Error 0x80CCC80 (Authentication Methods)

I keep getting the message none of your authentication methods supported by
this client are supported by your server???

I can receive emails fine there are no problems there but when i try and
send back even to ones sent to me i keep getting this message.

Does anybody know why?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What did your mail provider say when you contacted them?
