Recently upgraded entourage to 10.1.6. Have yet to beable to succesfully access my account. The previous error I kept receiving was that I couldn't connect to the IMAP server. Now I keep getting the following message aftern setting up Exchange in Entourage:
"Invalid account ID or password. Check your account settings."
"Error 11003"
I saw that people were experiencing this issue a while ago and unfortunately none of those results helped... so I'm resurecting this issue. I have worked one-on-one with our sys-admin to verify everything has been setup correctly for Exchange... to the best of our knowledge it is working perfectly. The interesting thing is he uses a Compaq Pocket PC that connects to Exchange wirelessly useing IMAP 4, and has no problems accessing his account. We tried using his account on Entourage and it gave him the same error. So there is clearly something wrong in Entourage somewhere... hope that someone has some advice.
