Error 11003

When trying to set up an account in EntourageX (Version 10.1.4) with the
IMAP server, I got the message:

"Invalid account ID or password. Check your account settings."
"Error 11003"

Setting up the account with exactly the same settings on a pc went
flawlessly.


When I set up my own account on the same Mac with the same EntourageX, all
was ok and I could read my whole mailbox.

Can somebody explain what is the problem with the other account? To be
honnest, there is another user with the same problem on another Mac, running
the same system (OSX 10.2.6) and EntourageX.
