Error: 1302

Hello. I'm having trouble using Entourage 10.1.4 on my new iMac. I have
never been able to send or receive any mail. I get the following error
message:

Could not retrieve mail from the account "[email protected]"
Explanation-
The server returned the following error
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC"-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
<html><head>
<title>302 Found</title>
</head><body>
<h1>Found<h1>
<p>The document has moved <a href="https:///">here</a>.</p?
</body></html>
Error: 1302

I have triple checked the settings for the setup but cannot figure it out. I AM
using the program on my other G5 with no problems.
Can anyone help me to correct this problem? Thanks
