error 1335 win 2000/office 2000 pro

I HAVE TRIED TO INSTALL OFFICE 2000 PRO ON WINDOWS 2000
AND GET ERROR 1335 PART OF THE WAY THROUGH INSTALLATION.I
HAVE TRIED METHOD #1 & #3 OF MIRCOSOFT KNOWLEDGE BASE
ARTICLE #314810 STILL A NO-GO. METHOD #2 DOES NOT SEEM TO
BE REFERING TO WINDOWS 2OOO. ANYBODY...?
