Error 16999

Can anyone help with an out of the blue error ­16999

All was well one day, then this showed up. MAC¹s Mail program can send and
receive without any problems, however Entourage is no longer able to send
and receive. This is on an Apple Airport Wireless Network that has been
connected with DSL for 3 years with no issues, continuous updates on all
machines and the Airport wireless hardware as well.

Any help is very appreciated.

Solution: Try using account with secure password selected and not selected.

In the Account window, select "Click here for advanced receiving options
button". Toggle "Always use secure password" Try to receive mail again.
