Error -17099

Since yesterday I can't no more send messages with Entourage 2004. The
log says: qq temporary problem (#4.3.0) Impossible to send messages.
Account name: (my name and surname) Error: -17099

I canstill download my eamsil.
Is this a server or a sftware problem?

P.S. I logged out and logged in, and then restarted the computer, still
with the same problem

It sounds like a temporary problem at your ISP's mail server. It will
probably clear up in a few hours. If not, post back with further details.
