I have a user who is testing Entourage 2004 as an upgrade
from Entourage X. The desktop OS is 10.3.4, server is
Exchange 2003 on a Win 2000 server.
This user has a Treo phone and in his old version of
Entourage he set up a rule to redirect certain mail to an
outside e-mail account. Worked fine. New version of
Entourage moves the message to the outbox but never
delivers it to the outside account, erroring out with the
following:
HTTP error. Access to resource is forbidden.
Mail could not be sent. Account name "Steve".
Error -18597
The user can elect to manually redirect a message and it
sends correctly. A search of the KB on these phrases and
error hasn't provided any productive information.
Is anyone having similar issues?
