I was unable to reply to my original message so I decided to
repost

I get an error that states that Access is forbidden when ever I try to
send a message. Can anyone offer up any help.

I am running Entourage 2004, OS 10.3.4, Exchange 2003 (I
believe)

Check the e-mail address in the account dialog. It's probably not the same
as what the Exchange server is expecting.
