error 18597

have set up entourage on a mac to connect to sbs 2k3 sp1 prem (no isa 2004)
currently getting problems with entourage not being able to send email, can
view incoming email but get error 18597 on the mac, when trying to send.

looking at this, this seems to be an error related to the email address
settings of the sender.
so far this is correct.. what sbs is asking for and what is in the settings
for the senders email are the same..

any idea what possible fixes are a screen shot of the error is here
