Error: -192

I keep getting this error when I click on a message to read it. It
comes up with -192 and after that it freezes, so that I have to do a
forced quit. I've rebuilt the database (hold down the option key at
startup) but that hasn't stopped the error and subsequent freezing. OS
10.2.6; G4/450

What can I do? What is wrong?

It's possible the message is corrupt. Try deleting it.

If this happens with other messages, have you applied the latest Office X
updates? Download and install the latest Office X updates, which are
10.1.2, 10.1.4, and 10.1.5 (10.1.3 is unnecessary). They¹re available from
Microsoft.

Error -192 is a missing resource. It is very unlikely this is in the message
database. Most likely is that the Office installation has been damaged.
Reinstall it.
