Error -2171 when sending.

I have a user who intermittently gets an error message box when sending a
message with an attachment. It reads:

Error-----

The server returned the following error

Unable to add message to the IMAP mailbox. The corresponding local folder
will be used instead.

Explaination-----


Error: -2171



We are using Exchange Server 2003, OS 10.3.3, Office X with updates to
10.1.5

Entourage makes the tone as if the message is sent, but we are unable to
find the message in any of the folders(Sent Items, deleted items, etc. etc.)

Apparently when this situation occurs, the message goes to the recipient but
the attachment doesn't.

Any ideas as to what's going on?
