Error 4362 Still Unsolved

Thank you Barry for your prompt reply. I have tried to open Entourage
with the option key held down, but the program opens; no opportunity
to rebuild. I have version 10.1.4 (030702) Microsoft Entourage X. Any
suggestions?

Try the other option key. There may be something wrong with your keyboard.
If still no good, try another keyboard. Uninstall all haxies.

You need to keep holding down the option key until entourage is fully open.
Just holding it down for th edouble-click isn't enough.
