error 4362

Does anybody knows how to get rid of grey lines that suddenly appear
in my Entourage application for Mac Os X? Every time I want to delete
deleted messages it gives the notification 'task could not be
completed (error 4362). After that most of the time the application
gives me a error and quits.
Also it shows grey lines that normally stop before the window where
all the messages are.
I trie dto re-install the application but every time I installed it it
gives the same problem.
Someone has a golden tip??

Do an Advanced Rebuild of the database. (Hold down Option key when
launching.)
