Error 5: Invalid procedure call or argument

I just purchased and installed Office XP Developer. I have tried using
the Packaging Wizard to create a runtime version of an Access database.
I keep getting the above error message (Error 5: Invalid procedure call
or argument) at the end of the wizard.

The database contains a lot of procedures. functions and forms and works
fine without any errors on my computer.

The problem is I can not seem to use the Packaging Wizard to create a
runtime version because of the error. Please HELP....! ASAP
