Error -5000

Does anyone have info re: above error? Having just upgraded from Office 2001
to 2004 I can no longer view attached photos (sm. red box w/ white x
appears). Now all photo attachments require saving to desk top. Error -5000
also appears. I cannot find anything about what the error notice represents.

Hi,

It seems to be the permissions issue with the data folder not having the
proper permissions in place.

Please create a new account and change permissions to Read & Right for this
new
account in Microsoft Office 2004 folder, as well as the Entourage
application by
Control-Clicking on the icons, select Get Info, open the "Permissions" tab
and
change the user to the main home user account.

Also try compacting the database and check.

Hope this resolves your issue.
