Error 5002 on login page Project Web Access

Hello,

I have installed on a laptop:
Windows Server 2003
MSQL 2000 SP3
Project Professional 2003
Project Server 2003
Sharepoint Services

During installation I was asked for the passwords for the
databaseaccount (server and user) and on one of the final windows for
the administrator account.

After installation finished I went to the login page for webaccess in
Internet Explorer: http:/localhost/ProjectServer/lgnps.asp but got the
5002 error when I tried to login.

Also tried http:/"computername"/ProjectServer/lgnps.asp but that did
not solved my problem.

Could anyone who had the same problem and solved it help me please.
