Error 5551

I am able to send and recieve messages on my account, but it will not
let me send one specific message. It has about 417 contacts and the
error message that I get is:

Error
Mail could not be sent using the account " "

Explaination
not our customer

Error Number 5551

It is confusing me because I can send other messages. Is that just too
many addresses for one email?

This error is not listed on the Error Page, but often errors close in number
have similar solutions. <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/error/page.html>

This error is being passed on by your mail server.

Your mail provider most likely has a limit to how many recipients you can
send to in one message. Usually this number is 50 recipients. Entourage has
no limit. You should contact your mail provider to ascertain the maximum
number of recipients per message and note it. You can use the free "Split
Recipients" script to send a mass e-mail in separate mailings automatically:

Email Merge <http://www.sigsoftware.com/emailmerge/> was recommended by a
user for sending newsletters. I'm not familiar with this software, but it
the reviews look good.
